BLOC Coffee Company is a mission-driven café with two locations: the Incline District and our
newest expansion at the Metzcor Campus. More than just a coffee shop, BLOC Coffee serves as a hub for
community, job training, and economic sustainability, creating opportunities for individuals in
transition while offering some of the best coffee and food in Cincinnati.

Incline District Location
Located in the heart of Price Hill’s Incline
District, this café is known for its welcoming atmosphere, handcrafted coffee, and
community-driven mission. Whether it’s a neighbor stopping in for their morning coffee
or a professional holding a meeting in our upstairs conference space, this location
fosters connection and engagement.

mission-driven business model.
- Training ground for women from Redeemed Home, providing hands-on
job experience in food service and customer relations.
- Hosts community events, game nights, and special gatherings to
foster relationships and encourage neighborhood growth.
Metzcor Campus Location – A Partnership for Change
The Metzcor
Campus is home to BLOC’s newest coffee shop expansion, built in partnership with
Metzcor, a leading employer of individuals with disabilities. This location was created
with a dual purpose:
- Providing job training and employment opportunities for
individuals with disabilities, empowering them with new skills and confidence.
- Serving as a training hub for BLOC's programs, helping individuals
recovering from addiction or reintegrating after incarceration gain work
experience.
By partnering with Metzcor, BLOC Coffee is bridging the gap between job training and
sustainable employment, giving individuals who have faced barriers a real path to
success.
