Maryssa Siler

BLOC Missions

I grew up in a small town called Piqua, Ohio.  In 2017, I moved to Price Hill to attend Cincinnati Christian University where I studied Early Childhood Education.  Just weeks into moving to the neighborhood I started volunteering with the after-school program, mainly because I needed 20 service hours a semester. I quickly fell in in love with BLOC and their mission. In 2020 I got married to my husband, Keion. For the next two years we worked for different churches working with youth, but we felt called to something more. I started working at BLOC January 2022, as Mission Team Coordinator. I love my job because I get to meet people from different places and tell them about the neighborhood and ministry that I love.
